🌔 Gopro Hero 7 Black Screen Not Working

Hey everyone I have a GoPro hero 2018 and the back touchscreen isn’t working, it’s clearly on but you cannot see a preview or access any settings, does anyone have any ideas what problem this is or how to fix it? I’ve tried to access settings through the front LED screen but can’t get into it either. the screen turns on but just dispays nothing, i tried taking the SD card and battery out, turning it on and off, connecting the charger without the battery but nothing is working. when i press record, it occasionally displayes lines on the screen i have had the camera for three months, when i unboxed the camera it was working completly fine and Join the rainbow club!
